Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 are high-performance nickel-based superalloy powders, specifically designed for surface cladding, strengthening, and component repair in harsh working conditions involving high temperatures, corrosive environments, and heavy mechanical loads.
Thanks to their outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and wear, these materials are ideal for demanding industries such as oil & gas, power generation, aerospace, chemical processing, and heavy manufacturing.

Inconel 625 – Best for Corrosive Environments:
- A solid solution strengthened alloy.
- Provides excellent corrosion resistance against aggressive acids, seawater, and chemical agents.
- High thermal stability up to 980°C.
- Easily processed, producing uniform, smooth coatings with strong adhesion to stainless steel and other substrates.
Inconel 718 – Engineered for High-Load Applications:
- A precipitation-hardened alloy.
- Offers superior strength and hardness, ideal for components exposed to 650–700°C.
- Widely used in turbines, aerospace components, oil & gas tools, and high-speed rotating parts.
⚠️ Important Note:
These two alloys serve different purposes and are not interchangeable:
- ✅ Inconel 625 is optimal for corrosive environments.
- ✅ Inconel 718 is ideal for high-strength and load-bearing applications.
